I am thinking about hiring a digital marketer and considering all my options. How do I find the right one?
Finding the right fit is just as important to me as it is to you, so take all the time you need to search for the right person for your needs. Here are some things you should consider:

Check out some of the free resources and tools out there about digital marketing. You may find that YOU are the right fit for your needs!

Read all about ME! On my website, hopefully you’ll get a sense of who I am as a person, my experience and background, as well as my mission and process for working with my clients.

Research your options! There are so many amazing people out there that provide all sorts of services. You may look at my service options and see that I am not providing exactly what you’re looking for. Here’s an example: at this time, I am not offering any brand strategy services (I hope to offer it in the future though!). So if you are looking for someone to help you develop your brand identity, I am not the best fit at this time.
What are your typical payment policies? Do you offer payment plans?
Typically I ask that 25% of the contract quote is paid by the time of our Launch meeting. The rest will divided and connected to the milestones we set up together to make sure you are getting the results and outcomes you are paying for.
I understand the financial and procedure constraints that small businesses, nonprofits and educational orgs go through (10+ years in public education, baby!). We can assess our options together, like a payment plan or a longer timeline, and find a plan that work best for us both!
What if I am unhappy with the work performed?
Because I’ll be asking for your feedback along the way, I hope this is never the case! Your happiness and satisfaction with my work is essential to me, so I will ensure that your eyes are on any changes and content created along the way, giving you at least two to three times to ask for revisions or changes.
If for any reason you wish to opt out of our contract during our project timeline, please let me know in writing (via email). If you paid for the project upfront, I will refund the percentage of time left in our contract, minus any work completed. If we have set up a payment plan based on milestones and you wish to discontinue, then you would not need to pay for any work completed after the date you've decided to discontinue. Any work completed that was paid for will always be owned by you!

If only I could predict the future… I wish!
Unfortunately I cannot guarantee anything except your satisfaction and happiness with the services completed for you and your business.
However, by understanding who you are and what you offer, analyzing the best way to communicate that to your target audience, and optimizing your copy and website for SEO (Search Engine Optimization, aka how people find you by searching the internet), my hope is that you will see growth in visibility and engagement with your website!
Let’s say we work together to build my organization’s website, what if I need to make some changes later on? Do I have to work with you again?
Any website built with me will always be owned by you, so any changes that need to be made can be done by you and your team. My goal is to create a website that is easy to update! However, if I also helped you update the content on your website, don’t worry: in our Wrap-up meeting I will sit down with you and show you the ins and outs of updating future content!

What type of information do you collect from me and my business/organization? Is any of this information shared?
Prior to the start of any contract, I collect data from the Consultation Request Form (names, phone numbers, and email addresses) for business purposes of Briniak Marketing, only.

During a contract, I will collect any information about your business that is publicly available (ie. from your current website, if you have one) and any information you share with me for the purpose of completing the scope of work we've agreed to in our Service Agreement. Any information gathered during a contract will be stored for 12 months (unless otherwise designated by you, the client) in case we decide to continue our working partnership on future services and projects.
No data or private information gathered will be sold or shared publicly, unless you authorize it (ie. testimonials).
