The "Maintain" Package

Are you looking to keep up with the Joneses… I mean with the industry? Or maybe you’d like someone to keep an eye out for opportunities through your website’s analytics? Or you basically want to make sure your copy is up-to-date and there are no broken links?

If you have a Squarespace or Wix account, let the MAINTAIN package report back a consistent update on how your website is performing and provide recommendations of opportunities you could capitalize on with your copy and website. Your Maintain package will be customized to your individual needs, however typical services include:

1 hr Launch Meeting
1 hr Check in every 6 months
Monthly Engagement Data Analysis and Reporting
Webcopy refresh (includes industry updates and keyword research) - up to 6 pages
Website audit - up to 20 pages
Future recommendations 1-pager

Cost: $1,000 (every 6 months)

$1,750 (annual rate)

$1,200 annual rate for Build clients, micro/small enterprises (businesses)*and nonprofits/educational entities**

A la carte services:

Maintain Additional Pages ($50/page)
Copy updates to made to Website - Wix or Squarespace only (up to 6 pages): $300, Additional pages: $30/page
Maintain E-commerce Store ($200): includes landing page and up to 20 product pages, with updates to product copy
Blog Copyediting ($25/blog or $100 for 5 blogs): includes industry and keyword research, SEO optimization, 1st draft and final draft

*micro/small enterprises are defined as businesses with 49 or less employees (OECD.org)

Referral discount for any organization that refers 3 other businesses that contract = additional 15% future services

Do I really need the services from the Maintain package?

Honestly, it’s truly up to you! Some factors to consider are: how often you’d like to update your website, how fast are terms and trends changing in your industry, how quickly is your business/organization growing, and the capacity of you or your team to make the updates internally. For real! If you or someone in your org has time to keep a pulse on the market, analyze your website’s data and make the changes that would benefit your website, you don’t need me. But if you and your org are stretched thin and these services could be beneficial, you can lean on me to support you with this work!

I don’t have a Wix or Squarespace website, but would like a refresh of my website’s copy and assistance in updating the content on my website. Can you help?

I want to be as transparent as possible - the majority of my experience and skills have only been with these two platforms. While I know that skills and tools can be transferrable from one platform to another, I want to be honest about my skillset. Hopefully one day I can expand my expertise to other platforms, however if you’re looking for updates and changes to your website in a different platform, there are other providers that will be a better fit for your project than me.

Do you guaranteed an increase in site visitors or conversions on the services or products that my business offers?

If only I could predict the future… I wish! Unfortunately I cannot guarantee anything except your satisfaction and happiness with the services completed for you and your business. However, by understanding who you are and what you offer, analyzing the best way to communicate to your target audience, and optimizing your copy and website for SEO (Search Engine Optimization, aka how people find you by searching the internet), my hope is that you will see growth in visibility and engagement with your website!

I am an Uplift client and I have a Wix or Squarespace website. Can I also qualify for the same discounted annual rate as the Build clients?

I would be so, so HONORED to work with you on a continual basis! Since I literally built the "Build" clients’ websites, I am more familiar with the content and copy I have done for them. However, since I did a in-depth analysis of your industry and provided a refresh to your copy, I am more than happy to provide you the discounted annual rate if:

You were an Uplift client, with the copy update add-on, and
Have been a Maintain client for a year (or two 6-month contracts)

I’m ready to work with you! How do I start?

Let’s start with scheduling a FREE 30 MINUTE CONSULTATION - we can use this opportunity to get to know each other a little, nail down exactly what package and services you are needing, confirm the contract, and schedule our Launch meeting.

Typically I ask that 50% of the contract quote is paid by the time of our Launch meeting and the other 50% before the transfer of assets, however we can negotiate a payment plan that work best for us both!

What if my business/organization has some preexisting documents that we need copy support with? Or perhaps we need support in developing an internal workbook or guide? For example, we have a user manual or client-centered documents that we would love to get another eye on. Can you help us?
